Tramex – ME5 Moisture Encounter

The Tramex Moisture Encounter ME5 is a handheld, non-destructive moisture meter designed for instant moisture detection in building materials. It offers dual-depth sensing—surface (≈0.40 in / 10 mm) and core (≈1.25 in / 30 mm)—and five sensitivity scales tailored to materials such as wood, drywall, plaster, roofing, tile, and masonry. Readings are displayed on a large analog dial, and the device includes an optional high-moisture audio alert and Bluetooth connectivity for data mapping and reporting via the Tramex Meters App. Its rugged design and dual-depth capability make it ideal for restoration professionals, flooring installers, and building inspectors worldwide
