Its unique “micro-robot” action binds and lifts dirt for fast and effective removal, making it ideal for heavily soiled commercial environments.

The formula mixes easily—even in cold water—and remains stable up to 212°F, with a ready-to-use (RTU) solution that won’t separate and can be stored for several weeks. This professional-grade cleaner performs well in hard water conditions and requires only one product to clean both carpet and tile (excluding delicate stone and glazed tiles).
