Silasheen (Product Code: 301‑0205‑12) is a high-efficiency silicone-based surface treatment formulated to clean, lubricate, and protect various substrates including rubber, vinyl, plastics, and metal surfaces. This large-format 205 L drum can treat extensive equipment surfaces while delivering a slick, stick‑free finish that repels adhesives, inks, paints, and corrosive agents. Silasheen also rejuvenates rubber and vinyl, provides water and stain repellence, and mitigates corrosion and malfunction. The formula is effective within a wide operating temperature range (−40 °C to 260 °C) and adheres strongly without gumming or rub-off. It also complies with food‑surface safety, provided residual silicone transfer is kept below 10 ppm.
