Fiberlock- Clear Mold-Resistant Coating – 100% Acrylic Water-Based

IAQ 6100 is a professional-grade, clear, mold-resistant coating that contains a fungistatic agent to prevent mold growth on the dry coating surface. This 100% acrylic water-based formulation is durable, flexible, and permeable, making it ideal for use on wood, plaster, wallboard, sheetrock, concrete, masonry block, primed metal, and galvanized metal. Tested for mold resistance (ASTM G-21 and ASTM D-3273), IAQ 6100 is the ideal solution for ensuring long-lasting protection and mold resistance on a variety of substrates, offering a clear finish that won’t alter the appearance of the underlying surface.

  • Drying Time: 1 hour to touch, recoat in 4-8 hours

  • Application Tools: Brush, roller, or airless spray (2000-2800 PSI)

  • Storage: Store between 40°F (4.5°C) and 90°F (32°C)
